Abstract:
طُبّقت مبادئ الجودة التحليلية بالتصميم (AQbD) على تطوير طريقة رنين نووي مغناطيسي كمّي مُحدّدة وبسيطة للبروتون (1H-qNMR) لقياس كمية دواءين مضادين للفيروسات، هما مولنوبيرافير (MOL) وفافيبيرافير (FAV). طُوّرت هذه الطريقة ضمن إطار الجودة التحليلية بالتصميم (QbD)، وهو النموذج الجديد للجودة الذي وُضّح مؤخرًا في إرشادات ICH Q14.
