Green micellar liquid chromatographic analysis of alfuzosin hydrochloride and sildenafil citrate in a binary mixture compared to classical RPLC with stability indicating studies

Abstract:
تعيين مخلوط مادتى ألفوزوسين هيدروكلوريد و سيلدينافيل سترات باستخدام كروماتوجرافيا السائل ذات الكفاءة العالية و استخدام أطوار متحركة تقليدية و اخرى صديقه للبيئة كالمحاليل الغروية (الكيمياء الخضراء) مع الاظهار الطيفى عند طول موجى 225 نانومتر. و قد امكن تعيين كلا من المركبين فى خليط من صورتهما النقية و المستحضرات الصيدلية و كذلك تم قياس الثباتية للمركبات محل الدراسة بعد تعرضهم لظروف تكسير مختلفة. وقد تمت مقارنة نتائج الطريقتين إحصائيا بالنتائج الدستورية و المرجعية التى جاءت متفقه معها.
