تم عمل دراسة لصفية لمركب ألفوزوسين هيدروكلوريد بطريقتين حيث ان الطريقة الاولى اعتمدت على قياس اللصف الذاتى للمركب باستخدام محلول مائى عند 250/390 نانومتر (إثاره/انبعاث). أما الطريقة الثانية اعتمدت على التقدير اللصفى للجزء المتبقى من صبغة
