Abstract: |
Given the multiplicity of environmental problems and their seriousness as a result of the loss of the biological balance of housing, the need to provide a sound and sustainable environment for our children has emerged in the future, and nanotechnology is one of the effective arms in achieving that residential sustainability, and based on that the aim of the current research is to study the effectiveness of an indicative program to acquire those who are about to marry. Awareness of the smart applications of nanotechnology in the internal environment of the house as an entrance to the residential sustainability. The data was completed through the application of (general data form, awareness questionnaire of smart applications of nanotechnology in the internal environment of the dwelling, housing sustainability) on a purposeful scalloped sample of (340) young men and women who are about to marry in Sharkia Governorate, and the indicative program designed to develop awareness of smart applications was also applied. Nanotechnology was applied to a deliberate sample of (30) people with low awareness from the basic study sample, and by following the descriptive analytical and experimental approaches, and conducting statistical treatments using the (Spss.) program, the study reached a set of results, the most important of which were:
three-quarters of the research sample of those who are about to get married had low and medium awareness of both smart applications of nanotechnology, and residential sustainability at a rate of 75.6%, 76.7% for the total of the two levels, respectively, and that most of them did not have a perception of nanotechnology-equipped housing with a percentage of It reached 89.7%, and it was found that there is a positive, statistically significant correlation between awareness of smart applications of nanotechnology in its fields and residential sustainability in its dimensions, as was the variable of marital housing space, the focus of awareness of smart applications of nanotechnology in the field of tools and housing devices are the most influential in explaining the variation in residential sustainability, as It was found that there are statistically significant differences in awareness of the smart applications of nanotechnology in the internal environment of the dwelling (with its domains) among those who are about to marry, the experimental research sample before and after the application of the indicative program in favor of the post application.
The study recommended that the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research adopt its sectors, represented in the education sector and students, by adding courses on nanotechnology in housing within its school regulations. The graduate studies sector also includes smart applications of nanotechnology in housing within the research plan of colleges, and with regard to the environment sector and community service. Its convoys include educational seminars for young people about this smart technology. The study also recommends publishing the sessions of the prepared guidance program through the official websites of Egyptian universities, which contributes to providing them with information that guides their decisions towards adopting and using smart applications of nanotechnology in finishing and preparing the future marital home in order to achieve residential sustainability.
