: This study reveals an important aspect of diplomatic and commercial relations between Florence and the Mamluk state in the ninth century AH / fifteenth century AD. Florence wanted to have diplomatic and commercial relations with the Mamluk state, similar to other Italian cities such as Genoa and Venice, after it seized the property of Pisa, so it sent this embassy. The importance of this study is that it provides a vivid picture of the great efforts made by the ambassadors to conclude treaties, and it also shows the financial costs that Italian cities spend on embassies in order to conclude treaties. The study was divided into several points: an introduction to the beginning of the Florentine-Mamluk relations, and then I moved to the two ambassadors who were at the head of the embassy, and why were they chosen? Then I moved to the study of expenses and gifts, and then I entered into the translating and commenting on the text of gifts and expenses, after that a general evaluation of the gifts and expenses text, and finally, a conclusion with the most important results of the study
