The main objective of the current research is to study the relationship between family communication methods in its dimensions (attribution and family support - family dialogue - digital communication) and each of the challenges of e- learning with its dimensions (technical - financial - social) and financial income management with its dimensions (planning - implementation - evaluation) for female employers Families, where the required data were met through the application of the research tools, which were represented in the general family data form, a questionnaire on family communication methods with its dimensions (attribution and family support - family dialogue - digital communication), a questionnaire about the challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical - financial - social), A questionnaire about financial income management with its dimensions (planning - implementation - evaluation) on a sample of (210) female heads of household who were chosen in a purposive way from rural and urban areas of Dakahlia Governorate and from different social and economic levels and belong to integrated families and have children at the university level. Conducting the appropriate statistical analyzes using the (SPSS) program to derive the results, the most important of which was the existence of a correlation between the family communication methods with its dimensions (attribution). and family support - family dialogue - digital communication), and each of the challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical - financial - social), and financial income management in its dimensions (planning - implementation - evaluation) among female heads of household research sample at the level of significance (0.01), and there are significant differences Statistically among the average scores of heads of household in the total family communication methods in its dimensions (attribution and family support - family dialogue - digital communication) and as a whole at the level of significance (0.05) according to the place of residence for the benefit of urban women and the work of the head of the family for the benefit of the fmale workers and the age of the head of the family for the benefit of the older age group (from 45 years and over), and a statistically significant discrepancy was found between the average scores of female heads of household in the total financial income management with its dimensions (planning - implementation - evaluation) according to both the educational level of the head of the family and the number of family members in favor of the high educational level and the number of small family members. Statistically significant variation between the average scores of female heads of household in the total challenges of e-learning with its dimensions (technical - financial - social) according to both the educational level of the head of the family and the number of family members in favor of the low educational level and the number of family members. Great family members In light of the results, the researchers recommended a number of recommendations directed to each of the Ministry of Higher Education, as well as parents and faculty members, all of which seek to clarify how female heads of families with their children and family members can face the challenges of e- learning, take advantage of its advantages and adapt to the developments of the times by following the methods of Family communication appropriate to multiple family situations and the emerging societal variables, in addition to maintaining the management of family financial affairs and how to manage financial income in light of the new financial obligations that occur to the family as a result of the application of e-learning.
