Protective Effect of Litchi chinensis Peel Extract-Prepared Nanoparticles on Rabbits Experimentally Infected with Eimeria stiedae

Abstract:
الخلاصة: استخدمت الدراسة الحالية مستخلص قشر الليتشي تشينينسيس لتخليق جزيئات الفضة النانوية (AgNPs). هذه التقنية صديقة للبيئة ويمكن إجراؤها في خطوة واحدة ؛ وبالتالي ، فقد جذبت اهتماما كبيرا للتخليق الحيوي NPs. هنا ، قمنا بتصنيع AgNPs حيويًا مع مستخلص قشر L. chinensis وفحصناها النشاط المضاد للفطريات في الكوكسيديا الأرانب الناجم عن عدوى E. stiedae. خمسة وثلاثون أرنبا كانوا قسمت إلى سبع مجموعات: مجموعة صحية (G1) ، ومجموعة ضابطة مصابة (G2) ، وأربع مجموعات مصابة قبل العلاج بـ 10 ملجم / كجم من مستخلص قشر تشينينسيس (AgNPs) المركب حيوياً (G3 ، G5) أو 50 مجم / كجم أمبروليوم (G4، G6) والأرانب مصابة بعد أسبوعين من المعالجة بـ 10 ملجم / كجم من ثعبان البحر.
