Abstract:
The 28 de novo AML patients were 15 males and 13 females with age ranging from 32 to 60 years with a mean±SD 48.32±7.88 years, and 10 healthy subjects who served as a control group with age ranged from 24 to 58 years with a mean ± SD 39.20±12.30 years. Cases were classified into CD200 positive (27 cases) and CD200 negative (1 case).
