Abstract:
Crescent fracture is defined disruption of part of the sacroiliac joint completed as a fracture iliac wing posteriorly. It can be fixed by a variety of methods. Closed reduction and iliosacral screw fixation can provide adequate stabilization in certain cases of crescent fractures.
