Nowadays in Egypt there are a great interest for planting and exporting Red globe grapes to Europa and China. Therefor this work was conducted to improve fruits quality of Red globe grapes by applying Gibberellin (GA3) and low-biuret Urea to match exporting specifications to Europa and China. Selected vines were 8 years old, grafted on Freedom rootstock, planted in sandy soil under drip irrigation system at a distance of 2 x 3 m and trellised under the Spanish Baron system. Vines were trained according to the cane pruning method and pruned to leave about 70 buds/vine, i.e. 10 fruit canes/vine x7 buds/cane) Five treatments were used in this study (control, 1ppm GA3, 1ppm GA3+5000ppm Urea, 2ppm GA3, and 5000 ppm Urea) during 2017 & 2018 seasons. The results indicated that 1ppm GA3+Urea treatment improved growth indicators leaf area, total number of shoots/cane as it increased significantly compared with the other treatments, while the application of GA3 and Urea had no effect on yield per vine, bunch weight or numbers of berries per bunch, while bunch width increased significantly by the application of 1ppm GA3+Urea. Berries characteristics increased significantly spraying of 2ppm GA3. The treatment of 1ppm GA3+ urea decreased sunburned bunches, bunch compactness, acidity and increased TSS, TSS/acid ratio, attachment force. Therefore the application of 1ppm GA3+ 5000 ppm Urea could be useful method to improve growth and to get high quality clusters of Red globe table grape, and could be exported to external markets.
