The aim of the research is to build a training program to develop the knowledge and skills of the trainees in designing and implementing some baby clothes cups in order to measure the effectiveness of the training program and try to meet the needs of the trainees and facilitate access to information. The sample consisted of (20) women and it was applied in the Red Crescent Society in El aser men Ramadan, the pre and post test were applied to the research sample, and the study concluded that there are statistically significant differences between the average scores of the trainees in the knowledge and skills included in the training program in the pre and post applications in favor of Post application, which indicates the importance of the training program in developing the cognitive aspect and the skillful aspect of drawing and implementing children's clothing models, and the researcher recommended the application of the training program to empower the trainees and develop their skills in the field of clothing, and to provide many programs that aim to help this group to face events Stress and living a quiet life, especially in those unstable circumstances, as well as the ability to achieve competitive-advantage.
