Abstract:
we introduced the synthesis and characterizationof some novel pyrazine derivatives as chemotherapeutic anti-cancer agents. Some synthesized compounds showed potentcytotoxic activity against breast and lung cancer cell linesin vitro.Molecular docking showed that the synthesized derivatives are useful inhibitors for EGFR. We were finally able to identify Compounds 6, 8a ,9, 10, and especially 11 as new pyrazine lead compounds for EGFR inhibition. These compounds will be further against two cancer cell lines with introduction of the mode of action to get an overview of their biological action.
