Abstract:
Despite proven efficacy of paracetamol and ibuprofen, as first-line analgesics, there is a particular concern about their adverse effects. The main concern with the use of these drugs is their gastrointestinal and renal side effects.Gastric and renal changes induced by combined paracetamol and ibuprofen treatment might be improved after cessation.
