Abstract:
المقدمة: يعتبر مرض الشريان التاجي أحد أهم أسباب الإعتلال والوفيات فى مرضى السكرى والذين ينتشر بهم نقص التروية الصامت ويمثل تكهنا سيئا لسير المرض. يعبر مؤشر أداء عضلة القلب "مؤشر تاي" عن كلا من الوظيفتين الانقباضية والانبساطية للبطين الأيسر.
