Abstract:
The reaction of 3-hydrazino derivative 1 with phenyl isothiocyanate afforded the corresponding thiocarbamoylhydrazine. Subsequent ring closure in basic medium yielded the 1,2,4-triazolo derivative 3. Condensation of 1 with ethyl chloroform
