Abstract:
Purpose: To detect the possible role of mitral annulus time interval assessment by Transthoracic Echocardiography (TTE) and Tissue Doppler Echocardiography (TDI) in measuring LV systolic function in Dilated Cardiomyopathy (DCM) patients.
